You know that landscape dump trucks are considered to be medium duty, but what is a medium duty truck, exactly? Medium duty trucks can be configured with a wide range of body types to tackle just about any task! Vehicles that fall under the “medium duty” umbrella are those in truck classes 4, 5, and 6—which means that they have a gross vehicle weight rating of between 14,001 and 26,000 pounds.
